ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING
Bright by Design.
Lighting studies, fixtures and electrical supply for villas, hotels and hospitality projects across the Cyclades.
What we do.
Based on Paros, LYCHNOS brings together lighting design and a curated supply of fixtures and electrical materials, for the villas, hotels and restaurants that shape the Cycladic landscape.
Lighting Studies
From concept to specification, we design lighting that follows the architecture: layered, precise and made to be lived in.

Spaces we light.
Every project has its own rhythm. We work across the spaces that define island living, from private retreats to places built for hospitality.
Villas
Light that follows the day, from soft mornings on the terrace to evenings by the pool, designed around how a home is actually lived in.
Hotels & Resorts
Cohesive lighting across rooms, lobbies and outdoor areas, balancing atmosphere and guest comfort with the durability a hotel demands.
Restaurants & Bars
Lighting that sets the mood from the first table to the last, warm, flattering and in tune with the character of each venue.
Commercial & Retail Spaces
For projects where every detail matters, precise specification and premium fixtures that complement exceptional architecture.
How we work.
A lighting study turns an idea into a clear, buildable plan. Here is how we get there.
01
Brief
We start with your drawings, your vision and how the space will be used, whether it is a private villa or a 40-room hotel.
02
Concept
We define the lighting atmosphere layer by layer: ambient, accent and decorative, along with the moods each space needs from day to night.
03
Specification
Every fixture is selected and placed on the plans, with technical details, quantities and control options, ready for your electrician and contractor.
04
Supply
We supply everything the study specifies, so the design you approved is exactly what gets installed.

The name.
In ancient Greek, lychnos means lamp. On Paros, it gave its name to lychnites, the island's celebrated marble, quarried deep underground by lamplight and prized for the way light seems to pass through it. The same marble shaped some of antiquity's most admired sculptures. Lichnos carries that idea forward: light and material, working together.
